If you could project a constant power beam to a stable
launch platform that would go straight up to its
ceiling and then launch rockets from it would be an
incredible savings of weight, power, and need for exit
atmosphere speed.Can you imagine the incredible
increase in safety if you could eliminate the center
fuel tank from the shuttle?
